About the workshop

Mala & Meditation: A Workshop of Intention and Connection

Join Bryn for a hands-on workshop where you'll create your own mala and explore a simple, grounding meditation practice rooted in yogic tradition.

We'll begin with a short reflection on the origins and purpose of mala beads, honoring their place in Hindu and Buddhist spiritual practice.

As you string each bead, you'll set intentions and learn how mala can be used as a tool for presence, clarity, and inner stillness.

We’ll close with a gentle meditation using the mala you’ve created—anchoring your breath, your focus, and your intention.

$65 per Person – All Materials Included

No experience needed—just curiosity, reverence, and a willingness to connect.
