Yomassage
Each Yomassage session is lead by a Certified Yomassage Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist.​

The session begins with the breath. A series of restorative yoga positions follow, each held for 8-10 minutes. While in the positions, massage techniques are given to deepen the relaxation experience.​

Tea Tastings
