What's different about Holiday Sauna?
From December 20 through January 3, we're offering two special seasonal sauna experiences in place of our regular sauna schedule: Community Holiday Sauna and Private Holiday Sauna.
Both experiences include 90 minutes of sauna, cold-water options, fireside relaxation, and thoughtful guidance from your sauna guide.
What's the difference between Community and Private Holiday Sauna?
Community Holiday Sauna is a shared experience at $50 per guest. Other guests may join your session.
Private Holiday Sauna is reserved exclusively for your group of up to six guests in our Cedar Arch wood-burning sauna, with dedicated fireside seating. The cost is $300 per group.
Are regular sauna experiences available during the holidays?
Our regular sauna experiences are temporarily paused December 20 through January 3 and will return after the holiday schedule concludes.
Do I have to take a cold plunge?
Not at all! Cold-water immersion is always optional. You're welcome to enjoy the sauna, fresh winter air, and fireside relaxation at your own comfort level.
Are the cold plunge and changing facilities private?
The Cedar Arch sauna and dedicated fireside seating are private for your group. Cold plunge facilities, showers, lockers, and changing rooms are shared with other guests.
Can I use an Unwind gift card?
Absolutely! Unwind gift cards are welcome for Holiday Sauna experiences.
Do I need a reservation?
Advance reservations are recommended to guarantee your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
What should I bring?
Bring a swimsuit, 2 towels (one during, one after), and slip-on footwear. A robe is a wonderful addition for moving between the sauna and winter air!
