The experience is 3.5 hours total, allowing ample time to unwind and deeply relax.

Let yourself be led through 108 Sun Salutations in celebration of the Solstice at The YogaShop followed by a Community Sauna Session at Unwind where we'll move through the Thermic Cycle of Hot - Cold - Rest - Repeat.
