About the Event
Gentle yoga consists of slow-moving stretches that help the body release tension in the muscles. This practice is followed by a restorative thermic cycle of hot and cold treatments, which further aids the body and mind in releasing pain and stress.
This class is outdoors in our backyard weather permitting, in case of rain yoga class will be held inside.
About your instructor
Laura Duncan, is a registered Yoga Alliance Teacher with certification in Restorative Yoga. Laura recently moved here from time in both North and South Carolina, where she has been a student of yoga for over 15 years. She is also a Sauna Guide here at Unwind.
